Η εφαρμογή “Marathon” για χρήση μέσω “έξυπνων τηλεφώνων” δημιουργήθηκε από αθλητές δρομείς -μηχανικούς, του Μαραθωνίου δρόμου και λάτρεις ιδιαίτερα της Αυθεντικής Διαδρομής του. Παρέχει την δυνατότητα σε φίλους και συγγενείς των αθλητών του Μαραθωνίου να ενημερώνονται για το που βρίσκεται ο αθλητής – δρομέας, σε πραγματικό χρόνο μέσω του δικτύου κοινωνικής δικτύωσης Facebook.

Αpp provides the ability for friends and relatives of the athletes -runners to get informed about their progression during the race in real time through the athlete’s personal Facebook page.
